3 Compelling Perspectives on the COVID-19 Panic that Didn’t Have to Happen

COVID-19 has taken a back seat to the ongoing “concert” that is “Burn in the USA” but the lockdown here in Lancaster County and Pennsylvania continues even as our economy sinks deeper in the muck and mire.

After 70 days of Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Rachel Levine’s draconian lockdown, we’ve seen 297 deaths in Lancaster County, of which a staggering 91% were senior citizens in nursing homes.

Meanwhile, the unemployment rate in Lancaster County is now at 22%, with 55,000 Lancaster County citizens filing for unemployment since March 15.

The economic devastation far outweighs the viral impact.

So here are three perspectives showing just how wrong Wolf, Levine and the rest of the Chicken Littles in government and the media have been.

Enjoy.
