Judges Reset Bail for Rioters After Protesters Publish Judge’s Address, Petition for Reconsideration
The bail for felony rioters arrested Monday in downtown Lancaster have been modified.
Initially, Magisterial District Court Judge Bruce Roth set bail for several rioters at $1 million, which many credited with quelling the violent protests in the days that followed but which some decried as excessive.
On Tuesday, antifa members posted what they thought was Roth’s home address to social media, and protesters marched to that address.
Here is video of the event.
This morning, following this action and petitions by some of the rioters for a lower bail, Judge Dennis Reinaker reset their bails, while Roth revisited bail for others.
Reinaker reset bail for:
Taylor Enterline from $1 million to $50,000 unsecured
Dylan Davis from $1 million to $50,000 unsecured; is on house arrest
Joshua Dwayne Montague from $1 million to $100,000 cash or 10 %
Kathryn Patterson from $1 million to $50,0000 unsecured
Alexa Wise from $100,000 to $50,000 unsecured; is on house arrest
Roth revisited the bail amounts for:
