The COVID Panic is Over – Lancaster People and Businesses Are Going Back to “Normal Normal”
Everyone is ignoring the governor's phases and color conditions
Stick a fork in the COVID panic and the governor’s tedious phased reopening plans, because people in Lancaster aren’t having it anymore.
A survey around downtown Lancaster on Thursday found half a dozen restaurants offering in-house dining, barber shops open and clipping, and more all in “violation” of the governor’s now unmanned emergency declaration.
And everywhere you looked, people were not hiding behind masks – not in public, not in grocery stores and not in retail shops.
People were out in droves and it was glorious.
Well, all except at the BLM protest site at Lancaster police station on Chestnut.
There was no one out front and they’re down to a paltry four white Antifa type vegans or whatever around the corner.
